Once your order is successfully placed and confirmed, it will be carefully packed and prepared for dispatch. You will receive shipping/tracking details once your order has been dispatched, wherever applicable.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and other circumstances beyond our control. Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally occur.
Shipping Address
Customers are requested to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the correct PIN code and contact number. Kranti Priya Sarees by Priya will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided at the time of ordering.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. An unboxing/package opening video is mandatory as proof for such claims.
